2024 Recognition Awards Overview:
The WBA Recognition Awards celebrate individuals who have made outstanding contributions to WBA initiatives and activities. The awards are presented across three categories:
- Outstanding Leadership – Celebrating exemplary service by Work Group Chairs and Co-Chairs
- Project Leadership – Honoring individuals who have successfully led significant WBA projects
- Key Contributor – Recognizing members for their deep engagement and sustained contributions to WBA efforts

2022 Recognition Awards Overview:
The WBA Recognition Awards have been designed to recognize and honour those who have made significant contributions to WBA projects and activities. The three categories are:
- Outstanding Leadership (for Work Group Chairs or co-Chair)
- Project Leadership (for Project Leaders)
- Key Contributor (for Members deeply engaged with the activities)
The winners consisted of individuals from a broad range of organizations (operators, vendors, ecosystem brokers) from around the world, reinforcing WBA’s mantra of uniting the global wireless ecosystem.
