These terms and conditions relate to the Prize Draw offered by the Wireless Broadband Alliance (WBA) to WBA Members and Non-Members who participate and complete in full the WBA 2025 Annual Industry Survey and are employed in the Wi-Fi and/or Cellular ecosystem. The survey will be available online for completion until Friday October 31st at Midnight US Pacific Time (PT). The prize will be drawn at random on or before 7th November and the winner will be informed by email on or before 14th November. The WBA reserves the right to have the final decision on the winning entry. The following also applies:

• This year’s prize is $250 (US Dollars) of Amazon vouchers or a donation of the same amount to a registered charity of the winner’s choice.
• The survey must be fully completed to be eligible for a prize.
• The prize is only available for those survey respondents who are employed in the Wi-Fi and Cellular ecosystem, including telecommunications.
• In the event of a prize being unavailable, the WBA reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
• Unless stated otherwise the winner will be drawn at random from all completed survey entries received by the closing date stated above and where a name and business email address have been provided.
• The winner agrees to the use of their name, photograph and company for publicity purposes and will co-operate with any other reasonable request by the WBA relating to any post-winning promotion
