We are proud to say that this has been the world’s largest carrier grade Wi-Fi event yet! The partnership of a tireless WBA and Avren team, and all the generous sponsors, truly made this event a spectacular one for our members and ecosystem partners.
The WBA Wi-Fi Global Congress in London was the Wireless Broadband Alliance’s highest attended event ever. We welcomed 470-plus attendees from around the world, packing over 50 sessions led by over 60 speakers. Attendees included operators, leading industry players and analysts. The event agenda provided a great forum to facilitate discussion between operators, device manufacturers and vendors, allowing each to gain a better appreciation of the other’s strategic direction and imperatives.
Let’s all look forward to the WBA Wi-Fi Global Congress in Beijing, China, 18-21 November 2013. This will be the first WBA hosted event in China with China Mobile as our Operator host and Cisco Systems once again support the WBA as Principal Sponsor. We have put together an expanded agenda and some exciting activities. We look forward to seeing all of you there.
