This project advances the operator-managed evolution of the 2025 MDU framework through a standards-aligned architecture spanning Wi-Fi 7, IoT fabrics, OpenRoaming, and TR-369/USP.

Market momentum is shifting toward operator-managed platforms as building owners seek enterprise-grade control, lower OPEX, and sustainability insights.

Identity-centric connectivity and zero-trust architectures are becoming essential, while rising energy-efficiency requirements increase reliance on IoT telemetry. These opportunities address persistent fragmentation across connectivity, onboarding, IoT management, and identity ecosystems.

IoT-as-a-Service streamlines deployment by unifying management across Thread, Z-Wave LR, LoRaWAN, BLE, UWB, and cellular IoT.

OpenRoaming delivers seamless resident and guest mobility, while TR-369/USP and EasyMesh automation reduces OPEX and security incidents. Ecosystem integration expands revenue opportunities, strengthens operator positioning, and drives operational efficiency.
