The WBA Q3 2012 working sessions in Dublin were a complete success with more than 60 delegates attending the meetings and sessions which progressed all the  active projects of WBA.

The Interoperability Compliancy Program had strong support from the membership. The entire membership reached the agreement on the 3 different tiers of compliancy.  This is an important step as a Senior Analyst from Ovum pointed out based on a recent survey,  “What compliance actually means appears to be a big issue here. For example, most respondents answered ‘Don’t know’ when it came to their willingness to deploy pre-standardized compliant solutions. Greater information on what compliance actually means could reduce the number of ‘don’t know’ responses.”  WBA’s Interoperability Compliancy Program has that as its core objective.

And finally, all WBA members were invited to submit theirs proposals of projects for 2013 by the 5th of October, in order to reach the Q4 Meetings in San Francisco with the 2013 WBA Program Proposal.
