The Cloud has stated that its new, free Wi-Fi service at The Printworks in Manchester, England, could be hugely beneficial to both the complex’s tenants and visitors.

According to recombu.com, Vince Russell, managing director of The Cloud, explained the thousands of visitors that come to the complex each day will no doubt find the service highly useful, but tenants could benefit even further.

“It can be used as an unobtrusive advertising channel that benefits both customer and tenant – for example a couple spending an afternoon at the cinema may see a great offer for a Printworks restaurant and decide to eat out too,” he said. “It is that kind of revenue potential that our service can provide to businesses like The Printworks and we’re delighted it’s now a part of our network.”

The Printworks is home to about 20 different businesses, including a number of restaurants, bars and clubs. There is also a large Odeon cinema and a Virgin Active gym, reports mobilenewscwp.co.uk. All of these facilities attract an impressive eight million visitors a year, so the service will surely be well used.

When user’s log onto the network, they will lead to a page that includes information about The Printworks venue. Users that choose to access the Wi-Fi through The Cloud’s FastConnect app will also be rewarded with special offers from selected partners too.
