The ‘Wi-Fi Roaming Dispute Management Guidelines’ is an exclusive paper for WBA members only.
This document provides information regarding the management and resolution of disputes or billing issues related to Wi-Fi Roaming in the context of billing for wholesale roaming services. Once commercial roaming has commenced in the form of a bilateral roaming agreements, or as companies join the OpenRoaming™ Federation utilizing OpenRoaming Settled services there will be situations requiring the questioning or disputing of billed charges. Issues or inconsistencies in the usage reporting or billing processes may be identified between the roaming partners making it necessary for the billed party to dispute or question information received from the billing party. The dispute process arises in either the Data Clearing or the Financial Clearing flows that occur between the roaming partners.
